Terms of Service

Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BotDockr platform operated by SYNTALYS TECH MANZAMBI ("SYNTALYS", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using BotDockr, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Definitions
- "Platform" refers to the BotDockr web application at botdockr.com and all associated services - "Bot" refers to any software application deployed through BotDockr - "User" refers to any individual or entity that creates an account on the Platform - "Subscription" refers to a paid plan that grants access to Platform features
Account terms
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use BotDockr. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use BotDockr to: - Deploy bots that engage in spam, harassment, or illegal activities - Mine cryptocurrency or perform resource-intensive computations unrelated to bot hosting - Attempt to access other users' containers or data - Exceed your plan's resource limits through abuse or circumvention - Violate any applicable laws or regulations We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Payments & billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a grace period.
Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your bots will continue running until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. After cancellation, your bots will be stopped and your data retained for 30 days before deletion.
Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the code and content you deploy through BotDockr. BotDockr and all associated branding, design, and technology are the property of SYNTALYS TECH MANZAMBI. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.
Limitation of liability
BotDockr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for service interruptions.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of BotDockr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Jura, Switzerland, unless mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.
