Check your bot's logs from the dashboard. Common issues include missing Dockerfile, incorrect port configuration, or missing environment variables.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Subscription > Manage subscription. You can cancel anytime and your bots will run until the end of the billing period.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Go to Settings > Subscription and select a different plan. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of the billing period.
